i havent been doing much.
went for supper with ner and benji to newton on friday.
then we went to starbuckas at wheelock for my hot chocolate.

yesterday when we were waiting for a cab,
there was this woman who was about like a metre in front of us waiting for a cab.
fine she was there first.
but she was choosing cabs.
after she saw an indian cab driver she did not get on the cab even after the cab driver stopped.
how racist.
then another cab came and the cab stopped in front of us but she so very slowly sauntered in front of us and took our cab.
she took 10 secs to walk 1 metre.
my god and the cab driver was like waiting in a yellow box.
and this woman had this MOST ANNOYING -insert extreme profanity(s) here- face i have ever seen.
really very !@^$#&@%##$!*$#.

urgh.
what a turnoff.
ugly face, ugly personality.

class starts at 9am tml.
better be off to bed.

anyways went to town today after class.
i spent money.

well the 1st week of school has just passed.
phew busy busy.
definitely much more demanding than last semester.
i feel the stress already.
so much preparation to do, so many readings.
assignments.
sigh.

i think i spend the most time with benji nowadays.
i see him in school.
before school.
after school.
out of school.
hur but reminds me of the cj days.

well highlights of the week:
on monday i went for boxercise class.
i swear i just sent myself to hell.
anyway miserable.
but its a damn good work out.
the muscle aches in my arm took like 4 days to go away.
after that i went to meet lyd and lam for chomp chomp.

after that i went back with lam to her hostel.
damn cool luh.
i wish that SIM had hostels too.
thank you lam for the present and my tinkerbells.
on tuesday went for dinner with bff and benji at vila'ge.
on wednesday went for lunch with bff and christina.
on thursday went for prata dinner with bff and mummy.
i spent my whole friday with philene and benji.

we went to east coast park to rollerblade.
i just wanted a tan.
so i did not blade.
im lazy. ):
but i miss blading alot.
i miss my childhood the most luh.
the sun was damn strong, which explains the rain today.
therefore, i did not get to pay basketball today.

then we went to newton to get food and they hung out in my house for awhile cos benji has some errand to run.
then he came back to pick us and we went to town.
and we went to vila'ge for dinner.
erbb twice in a week.
the food is not too bad at least.
after that we walked around and hung out at starbucks for a drink.
which annoys me greatly that all the smoking tables were taken.

so today i spent my day at home doing my quiz and my report and my notes and all.
trying to be a good student.
well bff is model pupil,
and im the model pupil's bff.
but im the model pupil's role model.
i aim to get at least a 3.6 this sem so that i can get on the dean's list.
well if i can get a 4.0 all the better.

i realized im not one of those bloggers who can read about a piece of news or come across an advert and suddenly have something to say about it.
im not opinionated, maybe bitchy when it comes to other things.
but sometimes im amazed by how people can churn out blog entries of recent happenings.
to me it's basically, since it happened then okay.
fine. nothing much i can do about it anyway.
what i am gonna say is not gonna create some huge impact and change the world.
so why bother.
it's just only gonna create some mindless conflict.

anyways went for dinner at new york new york with the guys yesterday.
after that we went to play pool and arcade.
and it was raining (scattered thunderstorms) so we chilled at macs until like 1 plus 2 am?
but its fun.

today was basketball day as usual.
jasmine and her friends came too.
and benson was very moody today.
i realized most of the guys playing ball these few weeks are damn moody.
it's either PMS or emo-ness.
but i prefer to think of it as emo-ness cos emo is the new beng aight.
hahaha.

oh well school is starting on monday.
and i cant wait for lam to come home tml.

today i went to meet bff for lunch at j8

anyway after that went to bff's house to slack.

after that val and st came.
then we went to have prata at the famous prata place.

but anyway its damn dark.

and most of the animals were asleep la.

and the food in there is a ripoff.
a plate of hokkien mee is like 14 bucks.
eat until puke lor at newton food centre.

on thursday i went out with lam and charissa.
damn fun la.

we even planned to go on holiday together during our august break.
its gonne be fun.
anyway we had dinner at some upmarket swensens.
its damn expensive.
and we had ben and jerrys. yums.
met lyd yien and john at newton after that.
it was fun catching up on old times.

went back to cj (:
managed to convince philene and benji to come.
it was fun okay.
hahaha.
so many people went back la.
after that we went for dinner and had like a leisure drive courtesy of benji.

saturday is basketball day.

sunday is meet siew day.
today i met siew and we went shopping.
and as always i spent money on frivolous stuff.
im gonna be so broke la.
we went to vi'lage for dinner.

i know i have not blogged in ages.
but theres nothing much to say.
cos i spent xmas eve, xmas, boxing day and new year's eve at home.
new year's day too.

this holiday has made me realized that i actually enjoy being at home alone.
just having my own 'me' time.
plus i have to nurse my injuries.
i think im gonna be crippled in the right leg.
oh well.

this year has passed very quickly.
and many things have happened.
i finished 2 semesters of my 1st year in uni.
made many new friends which definitely would be here to stay.
managed to keep in contact and meet up with my old friends.
another enjoyable year playing basketball with the guys.
liked someone alot until it pretty much screwed up my life.
then realized that guys are like things you get on impulse while window shopping and soon after you realize you can pretty much do without them and that your hand was just itchy some time back.
stopped clubbing that much.

i hope that in 2007,
it will be even better than 2006.
